Who processes your data

What data we collect
When you send an inquiry through the form, we collect what you type: full name, email, company name and phone (optional), and the content of your message. With the inquiry we also record technical data needed to prevent abuse (IP address in truncated or hashed form, and the time of sending).
Why and on what basis
- Replying to your inquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients.
- Protecting the site from spam: legitimate interest.
- Analytics and marketing: only with your consent.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of our cooperation and statutory periods. If no cooperation follows, we delete the data after 24 months at the latest.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site stores only your consent choice in your browser (needed for the site to work). Analytics and marketing technologies, if enabled, load only after you accept them:
- Analytics: Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager measure visits and site usage.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel measures ad performance.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Recipients of data
We do not sell data. Service providers who help us operate (hosting, email) may have access to it, and if analytics and marketing are enabled, so may the providers of those tools (Google, Meta), which can involve transfers outside the EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@emicom.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the Personal Data Protection Agency; in Croatia: AZOP).
